Appeal against a Parking Ticket
Millions of parking tickets are issued in the UK every year. The local councils and the private companies they have contracted to issue tickets make hundreds of millions of pounds from parking fines.
How do we approach a parking ticket appeal?
- Technical - many tickets are not issued correctly and can be cancelled by identifying technical errors in the ticket itself. Fine Fighters will examine your ticket and try to identify any technical issues we can use in the appeal.
- The contravention didn't occur - based on the information and evidence you provide, and our experience, we will try to establish grounds that will challenge the actual contravention.
- Mitigating circumstances - although the local authority has no obligation to accept mitigating circumstances, we have managed to cancel many tickets by presenting this argument to the authorities.
Cost of the service
We charge a one off, non-refundable, administration fee starting from ?10. We also charge a success fee. The level of the fees will be based on the information you provide, and will be agreed with you before we commence the appeal process.
