How do we approach a parking ticket appeal?

Bus lane tickets usually include a picture of your car in the bus lane. Most people will view this as evidence and assume there is nothing they can do about it. This is exactly the response that the authorities want.

Bus lane tickets can be challenged on the basis that the alleged contravention did not occur. The only thing the picture proves is that your vehicle was in the bus lane for a split second. It doesn’t show the surrounding area, the circumstances in which you were in the bus lane or how long you were in the bus lane.

We charge a one off, non-refundable, administration fee starting from £10. We also charge a success fee. The level of the fees will be based on the information you provide, and will be agreed with you before we commence the appeal process.

Please submit your payment of ?10 using a secure online payment facility (Paypal)
Note: You must first submit a ticket before payment as you will need to quote your ticket number.

Please enter email address and ticked ID. After both steps have been fulfilled, your appeal will be actioned.
